The Gender Sensitization Program conducted at Government Degree College, Kovvur aimed to create awareness among students about gender equality, respect, and social responsibility. The program was organized by the college administration and Women Empowerment Cell, with active participation from both students and faculty members. During the session, speakers highlighted important issues such as gender discrimination, stereotypes, women’s rights, and the need for mutual respect in society. Students were educated about laws related to women’s safety and the importance of creating a safe and inclusive campus environment.
